Billee is our leading Stylist & Master Color specialist. She has 13 years of experience. She has many certifications and has furthered her education. Billee opened this salon in 2021 with the greatest passion to provide a safe work environment for her team. Also, to provide an outstanding, Welcoming, and comforting environment for the public. She has tons of experience and knows how to bring out the best look for every client. She also specializes in Blonding services and Bellami Hair Extensions. WE HAVE A ZERO REFUND POLICY.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All services are non-refundable
But we would be happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge in that situation. The service must be a mistake from the stylist, not something you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement the correction must be validated by a manager.
You have 24 hours to contact the salon to receive a corrective appointment. It is important you contact the salon as soon as you're unhappy so we can schedule you right away.
Shear Volume Salon has the right to refuse any service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior or if we feel your expectations are unreachable.
Booking Policy: If you cancel at or within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service you were supposed to receive. After no-showing or canceling at the last minute 2 consecutive times in a row, your fee can be increased by 10% each additional time up to 100%. You will be required to have a card held on file. Not showing 2 consecutive times in a row will also lead to requiring a deposit to rebook. This is something our computer system records in your client history & is pre-programmed to follow these policies as no shows & cancellations occur. 100% of this fee is given to the stylist for the missed service. None of the fees are refundable or transferable. We understand emergencies happen, and this will always be taken into consideration, But working in an appointment-only environment, to keep the lights on and doors open, we have to be compensated for missing hours of work. Otherwise, we make no profit.
Payment Policy: Our returned check fee is $50. If the check was returned to us, whether the second run through is successful or not, you have to pay the $50 fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! However, you get a 15 day grace period to pay this fee. You must pay this fee even if we have to get authority and/or the law involved. If 1 check is bounced from any individual, we will no longer accept checks from that individual. We accept cash, cards, Shear Volume gift certificates, and checks. Extra charges may apply to any customer who has very thick or long hair. These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist. (Please remember, if this applies to you, your service may take longer than the scheduled time.
Time Policy: If you’re more than 10 minutes late for your appointment without notice, you must reschedule, and your appointment will be considered a no show!
Children: We understand if you must bring your children with you, however we suggest leaving children under age 10 home or in child care. It can be extremely challenging to perform services when children are in the salon running around. If you must bring your child, we expect you to keep them detained and in good behavior.
